This is a wonderful area in Monoceros that showcases several different nebulae.  The blue nebulae are all reflection nebulae that reflect the light of nearby stars, while the more redish parts are emission nebulae that produce their own light.  The orange-red area center right is Monoceros R2, a star forming region that is also partially obscured by foreground dust, giving it the unique color.
