Often called the Raspberry Nebula, VdB 38 is a subtle reflection nebula
in Perseus, illuminated by young stars embedded in nearby dust. Blue starlight
scatters off fine grains, revealing wispy filaments and dark lanes that
trace the surrounding molecular cloud. (AI description)
Unfortunately there is an errant bright reflection in the lower left corner.
